This 12-week program was designed for occupational athletes that want to get back into the game by perfecting the basics and gaining a focus on the fundamentals. The movements that have been selected in this program are fundamental movements for the body and can be done with body weight, bands, and free weights like barbells and dumbbells. This has been done so that you can take this program to the next level wherever you go and with limited to no equipment needed.
Countless man-hours in research and education have gone into creating this program and we have made it our responsibility to teach you some tricks that we employ ourselves to keep fit and injury free. Recovery doesn’t just mean stretching, but strengthening as well. We have included a section called The Habit Temple, which is going to help you create a better environment for yourself. Our Recovery Solutions section is going to help you with pinpointing your problem areas, while offering our solutions to fix the underlying issue.
The goal of this program is to not only train you for strengthening the basics but also to help educate you on why we chose these movements and why you need to recover so you can get to other levels on your own. This program will give you a solid foundation to which you can continue to build upon.

This program was created so that you can complete every workout in the gym or in the comfort of your own home. If you are planning on using this program at home, you will need access to bands for most of the movements.
